I'm Asli. In my professional life, I specialise in employment policy, but this space is where I plan to explore all my varied interests—from the changing landscape of work to popular culture. I am equally drawn to data and the richness of human stories, and I hope this platform will allow me to weave those elements together.

A little about me: For as long as I can remember, I've been deeply passionate about politics and culture, with an unapologetic love for popular culture. I have a background in Sociology and Political Science, with my undergraduate studies at Bogazici University and a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge. While Istanbul holds a significant place in my heart and shapes my identity, London has been my home for over five years.
